War Items gone but no war points given [ Edited ]

Okay, really annoyed with This

So what really happened is. I went to war map, clicked on enemy's city and chose the attack. I dragged the the disaster card to the enemy's city. Loading screen appears and sayd "network error". ALL MY WAR ITEMS FOR THE ATTACK GONE. But I get no war points, no enerygy reduced and i lost my war weapons. This happened twice

What do I do now?

Yes. Happened 3 times to me and very costly. Lack of proper transaction control... the items are deducted before confirmation that the attack can be launched successfully. Connection errors seem to happen frequently even when connection looks ok. Needs fixing. Am on Android/Samsung S8.
