Simcity Buildit barely playable after update, and annoying

Wauw almost a month later and i still cant play this game on my S4 anymore..

I cant zoom out, nor pan down. And my s4 is not a older device. why dont you let ME make that judgement ?..

Not a very good idea EA. Having an old device doesn't mean it is not capable of running this game. I'm playing this on my note 2. Yeah it's quite old now but this game is running smoothly even before removing some of the game features. You should just put toggle on/off for this.

The game crashed immediately or within thirty seconds of loading. There seems to have been no resolution to this problem after months of work have abandoned the game on iPads in our household.

Same with me and whatever I have time to do is not recorded before the crash or perhaps the update crashes the game. When I load the game again, I am at where I was before. Most annoying.
