Simcity Buildit War Shop and Boosters

Hi All, 

I have managed to get my club to level 20 and have managed to join a club in the Savannah arena.

I did my first war several days ago and following the first war, the war shop became available.

From the initial war, I earned several boosters, but the button to access the boosters is greyed out and there are also no boosters coming up for me in the war shop.

Is there something wrong here or is there a specific point when these become available- especially since I'm with a club that's at a level where boosters should be available.
