Sim city - new phone, lost my city??

Even though this is a late comment, when I collected the save file on my old device to transfer, I looked in the cashe and file folders and there was nothing on there. When I looked at my other SimCity save on my other device, there were documents in the cashe and file folders. Here are some screenshots.
