Oil rigs, coal mines, and refineries should be added to the game. The coal mine would be unlocked when you start, and the oil rigs and refineries should be unlocked at a population of 35,000. The coal mine’s radius would be  10x10, while the oil rig will be 4x4, and the refineries at 7x7. The coal mine would cost 10,000 simolions, and the rig at 30,000, and the refineries at 50,000.
