Je n'arrive plus à acheter dans le siège commercial international... J'accède aux autres villes, mais quand je valide l'achat, ça mouline !!! 

Avez vous déjà rencontré ce problème ?

@Nostress971 it appears to have rectified itself. I had the same issue about 2 hrs ago. 4-430 am UTC-6. Just checked at 610, working fine.
