Restore progress - Simcity Buildit

I've made a lot of progress and my phone and connected to my facebook account. I had to reset my phone and installed game again and tried to connect to my facebook again but I do not see my game restored. 

Tried to google and try all approaches to get my game back but no luck. Frustrated and almost going to give up the game and stopped playing. 

Please advice.
