Restore progress - Simcity Buildit

Hi all,
I had some progress on the game, and I was connected to my google account. My phone had to be factory reseted and when I reinstalled the game all the progress was lost even when connected to my google account.
Is there another way to recover the progress? Thanks.

If you were using your google account linked to the game, it should of been saved on your account. When you reset your device, did you back up and save your service to your google account, or just reset it? 

Also, did you play through the tutorial before signing in?

Yes, the solution was to complete the tutorial and loging in after that.

FYI: I didn't back up or save anything as I had to do an emergency phone recovery (with no time for back-ups). Apprently it is done automatically without having to  do it manually.

Reach level 2 ,connect with facebook or google,backup not required

Was playing connected to Facebook had to reset tablet reinstalled gamed played tutorial but won't connect to facbook

You need to click Settings and Log In to Google Play.  Then it will connect to your saved game ask if you want to switch to that city.

Playing the tutorial recovered my game each time but I've had to do it 30 times already. Can't you just put a login at the fencing of the tutorial?

I was on level 28 with 260,000 population :/ i restored my iphone and i lost everything :/ i went to game center where i saved my progess and i open the game through game center but i lost my city.... Please help me if you guys can -.-
