Problem with Sims cash

Hello. I have problem with simscash. I buy sims cash in 20:00 - 20:30 pay was 130 kc in czech money. Cash didnt come on me account. Please help me. (Ps sorry i bad in english. I from czech. Please help me)

Hey @Dewix_CZ.

If you have purchased SC and you haven't received your purchase yet it's likely due a store delay.

I'd recommend to contact the customer support through the app itself and attach a screenshot of the purchase receipt (confirmation email order) 
If after 24h from your purchase you won't have received your SimCash, the customer service would be able to grant them into your city.
