Power Station Bug

I moved several of my wind power stations together in a group.  Worked fine at first.  The last one I moved deprived a city block of power; even moving back the station did nothing to allow the buildings there to connect back to the grid.  I even purchased an extra station to be sure I had enough capacity and I have more than enough.  Why the disconnect to a building group and why will those buildings not re-connect to the grid?  I even tried editing each building and re-saved it to location...nothin I do re-connects the group.  This appears to be a bug in the software.  I attach screenshots.

One of your roads that you have wind power plants connected to is itself not connected to the rest of your road network and is thus isolated from the rest of your city.  Extend the minor road a bit to connect with your other artery.
