Omega labs only creating omega I material

My Omega Labs have started only producing Omega I material.

They have created various sized material for a long time.

But, for the last couple of months I am only getting Omega I material.

7000 simoleons is a lot to pay for one Omega item and two other items.

Is there any way to fix this?

I also only produce basic Omega (1 omega item) but for me it is from the very beginning. I've never had another vial. And so for several months.

I have the same problem, have 10 omega labs and 2 research centres but my labs are only producing the 1 omega item canisters.

Have contacted EA support twice but all they said was they'd look into it and refer on to developers to fix this potential glitch.

This has been going on for about 3 weeks now. So frustrating!!

The reason the omega labs are only producing level 1 material is because there aren’t enough omega zones in your capital city. If you have less than 6 omega zones in your capital city, they will only produce level 1 material. However, as soon as you build 6 or more, the labs will begin producing 2 and 3 materials as well.

That explains it, thanks! Used to have lots of omega buildings but did a redesign and set up green valley as an omega only region so will now have to build a few in my main city.
