No more ads?

Hey.

So up until recently, I used to be able to watch a bunch of ads everyday and get a little gift as a thank you, it used to be a decent place to find simcash, expansion parts etc.

However, as of late, perhaps the past couple of days up to a week I've not had the bubbles pop anymore. Is this a mechanic based on the size of ones city or something? Or just something that's been removed?

Any clarification would be awesome! =)
