@1528725788Did you tried to click on your mayor's tower hq after the competition ? You need to do that after the competition to receive your prize.

@1528725788  make sure you are signed in to game not offline. try using the form again to request help. then ask an admin here to help too. i am surprised that no admin is helping you get your deserved awards. good luck!
