@kizzanI would tell you to be confident and to wait. But sadly, you won't get that reward. I've never received it and it's been 4 months.
Unfortunately when you write to EA support it's like writing to a computer; they will only send you automatic messages and many times even that have nothing to do with the request made.
You resist and insist but if the situation does not change, I would tell you to resign yourself and I think that you can give your all to win a higher reward.
