My copy is still shutting down on me

I was told to un-install and re-install the game and I did that 2 times and still it shuts down on me.  It happened after I unleashed a Meteor Strike II and just before I was about rebuild the destroyed buildings.  I also lost 2 Vu controllers because of the game shut itself off.  It shut itself off when I went to the kitchen.  It sometimes do this when I turn on the game and when it attempts to load the game.  I am using a Proscan tablet.  Here is the specs:

It appears that your Proscan cannot handle the graphics of SimCity BuildIt.  Perhaps your RAM is too low and the processor is not fast enough.  One reason why another expansion in lands would cause more and more devices unable to handle the game.  I have a similar problem with an old version of the iPad Mini.  It will suddenly crash and shut off and losing things in the process. I suggest getting another device with greater capabilities.
