My Simcity wrongly shifted to Hackers Server

2 Days back I mailed to EA that my city is wrongly shifted to Purgatory / Hacker Server even I don't try to cheat. My city level reached 72 after playing 4-5 years and now I cannot start the game from level 1. SPECIALLY I lossed my club membership. Request u to please see the matter and out my city from Purgatory Server so that no loss of interest in game since I am playing this game since long time. My Id is 505874954
