Missing War Store

When I click on the Monster in the harbor, the War Store Icon i guess is supposed to be on the left, but it's not on the window anywhere actually. I'd read an old post from 2018 I believe, where the player had said it didn't appear until after she'd completed her first War, and she went through a tutorial and than the War Store showed up. Is this the same issue maybe? I'd need to compete in a War, then the icon will show after a tutorial? So I can't use the store to fight Dr Vu's harbor creature then (without doing a War first)?

Mdrex1970 The answer I got from the Zendesk was just that. The war store will not appear until you set off your first war. Attacking Steve will not do it. Basically, if we don't do war, we can't have the war store. Just something else EA 'forgot about' in instituting their latest cash grab.
