This is absolutly not fair!!

I’ve finished the “Earn War Points” in one go, instead of getting a total of 21000 points I only receive 11000 !!!

According to your screenshot you've received the correct amount of points.

If you are playing in a lower Contest of Mayors (CoM) League than you played last week, this may explain the point difference. Each Leage, (Megalapolis, Metropolis, City, etc.) has different point requirements and offers different payouts for this assignment. 

Mayors will receive the amount of points stated on the assignment; they have already been doubled.
