Lost my city in my google acount

I  change my phone in my old phone I have my city altos del hosukai and I save it with my Google account I change the phone download the app login and it's another city that isn't my and I spend real money in my city please help me

Hi @thewashinmashin - On your new phone, did you play through the tutorial? When you install the game on another device, you have to play through the tutorial until it says "you're on your own" first. Then you should be able to log in to your Google Play account and retrieve your city.

Yes, i do  it but with my Google account I don't know why load another city level 33 that isn't my city

Are you sure you logged in to the same Google account? Maybe you had a different city on another account, and that's the one you brought up on your new phone?

Do you still have the old phone? If you do, I would double check to be sure you saved your city to your account, and also be sure you are logging into the correct Google play account. 

If it is the same account, and not an earlier version of your city, then technical support is probably the only ones who can help. Submit a Request using the web form: https://simcity-buildit.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
