Lost ítems bought

I've been buying items in the Global Trade Market and what was my surprise: they never arrived to my local warehouse. What's happening?? Could anybody help me with this??

Did the game charge you for each item you tired to buy? Only if your successful in purchasing it will it show up in your inventory. I've had very little luck buying items, because when I try, I go to the other town and usually, it's already gone. I even got charged a few times and didn't get the item.

If this happens consistently, you may want to report it using the in game report button.
