Lakes and Rivers update FAIL!!!

 I just want to know why after the last update (the lake and river update stuff) the BUBBLES, ICONS and MENUS are all went big plus that my city ZOOMING OUT capacity reduced. I am playing this games for almost 3years and i love this game so much but now I am having dissapointments aside from my city now looks ugly because of those super size icons and bubbles, it also gives me a hard time to collect the items because the bubbles are so close to each other that they are already stacking on each other and it is also difficult to navigate.
