If you can’t find an answer in our FAQs or forums and are still having trouble, please let us know by contacting our Support team! To submit a help ticket in-game, follow the steps below:
1. Tap the Settings icon (wrench and screwdriver).
2. Tap the Help button.
3. Tap Contact Us.
4. Select the category that matches your issue.
5. Select your issue and then fill out the form.
6. Tap Submit to send us your request.
Make sure to check your spam folders regularly, in case our reply gets filtered!

If you are concerned that another player is behaving unacceptably, you can report their city from within the game.
Tap the green Friends icon, located at the left of your game screen. Then tap on the player to be reported, and visit their city.
From within their city, tap the Settings icon, and choose Help.
In the Help screen that opens, choose Report Player.
Fill in as much detail as you can, then tap Submit. The report will be sent to our Support team. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can!
If the player is not a friend but someone you have found through the Global Trade HQ:
Remain in their city and tap the Settings icon, then follow the above steps.
Unless you submit the Report Player form while within the other player’s city, we won’t know who you’re reporting!
