I'm Not Getting Double Epic Points

I started the double epic points but first time round I couldn't complete it due to work commitments. No worries, there's a full weekend of this. So I tried again but this time I'm just getting the original set points. Why?

Double Epic points, this weekend, are only given on or for ENTERTAINMENT Epic Projects. After you upgrade your current epic building there will be a "cool down" period of 12 hours before you can begin another Epic project. You should still have time this weekend to complete a double-point Entertainment Epic project/building. Good Luck!
