I cant open the game

Cant open the game after install update

 After the upgrade, the game will not open. I get a message that there are a lot of new products waiting for me, I just need to connect to the internet and restart the game. And the internet is on all the time. It did not help with reinstalling the game or the format of the phone. I have Asus zenfone 3.

Happening to me, too. Same message with only the option to quit. On a kindle fire hd. I've reinstalled and get the same message

I keep getting the message that I have missing content on my kindle too. Only option is to quit.
