I have previously opened x4 cases with ea support, and have now been advised to create a topic in this forum - when I contacted EAs support via live chat...
Several months ago my city was hacked (who by I have no idea). Since then I have changed my passwords to game centre and facebook.
At the time I contacted ea support and provided screenshots of the hackers messages in chat and the contest scores which showed the hacker had a mayors contest score of -6,999,999
3-weeks ago, I was hacked again.
I went to my club building and it told me I had left the club.
When I ran a search for my club - using club name as well as the unique reference #G..... it said no club could be found.
In the Global Trade HQ, I keep seeing the same few dozen cities advertising items.
It seems that I have been put into some holding area.
I opened 4 cases via ea support - case ids: 356897, 357193, 39715061, 39737150

Unfortunately we will not be able to assist with this through the forums. If you want further assistance, I can recommend that you submit an in-game ticket instead reaching out to us via EA Help. They will be able to investigate what happened and advise you about the possibilities.

I have opened a number of in-game tickets which have not yielded a resolution - ticket numbers:356897 & 357193)
My account is linked to facebook. I have changed the password 5 times since it was hacked the first time - the in-game ticket number for the first time it was hacked is: 332110

Sorry for your dilemma, but as EA Jason shared Friday your resolution will have to come from Technical Support. Take this time to work on your city and reflect on what may have got you there (ie: a less than robust password). It’s time to demonstrate patience, good luck.

I have been waiting for a resolution for ea technical support for over 6-weeks.
I was told by someone on live chat to post on this forum
Clearly a case of the right hand not talking to the left
BTW - my password has a mixture of upper and lower case letters, numbers and special characters. But according to your 'technical support' (cough) this game can not be hacked. I beg to disagree - I have provided screenshoots to this affect.
At this stage, there is little point in me playing this game.

All that you can do is contact the in-game support for assistance. It has to be via in-game and not via help.ea.com.

I think now is the point where I say goodbye to ea. This is proving to be an utter waste of my time.

That's wherein the problem lies, we cannot check or discuss any of your account info on the forums, which makes investigating the issue impossible.
If they cannot investigate your request, ask them if a specialist will be able to.
