Hackers and cheaters? [ Edited ]

in certain instances there are players who receive high score for the mayors challenge. it is seemingly impossible to achieve such score especially considering the player goes from 0 to 170k poiints in less than 24 hrs. Would you consider banning such users? see attached

there isnt enough assignments and golden tickets (15) to achieve a score like that, unless i am missing something?

I have sent a report inside the game many times, I have never received an answer, including my game problems, maybe you need to somehow motivate the internal support as there is no doing to buy in-game resources when others are engaged in fraud

good luck @1528725788  because EA never bans cheaters and troublemakers. save your money, dont buy the sim cash. they just want money at no matter our cost. good luck.
