Global Trade HQ - Cannot access due to Age restriction

I am unable access the Global Trade HQ. Playing on an iPad. EA says it is an age setting on in iPad. Have looked everywhere, nothing tweaked allows access. Almost level 28. This will make a massive difference in gameplay.

Any ideas?

Sorry, just noticed you said you contacted EA already. Have you linked your city to Game Center or Facebook? If you have, it's likely that the age on one of those accounts connected to your city has the age of a minor associated with it.

You'll need to contact support directly. They may ask for proof of age. You'll also need to provide your Player ID.
