Game hangs on failure to load web pages for advertisements

Upon attempting to watch an advertisement in order to earn something or speed up something, I'm getting the  following error:   Web page not available

The web page at file:///storage/emulated/0/Android/data/com.ea.game.simcitymobile_row/files/vungle_cache/vungle/5f598f0c836d2700015730a2/index.html could not be loaded because:

net::ERR_ACCESS_DENIED

Using my Samsung galaxy s2 tablet's file explorer with Show Hidden Files turned on, the lowest level folder doesn't exist. 5f59...30a2

This began earlier this evening. There was no restart prior to the problem starting.

This message basically replaces the game screen forcing me to terminate and restart the game. No reward, only tears, sadness, falling behind in contests, anguish, erectile dysfunction, etc.

@sploink181  hi, welcome to the forum. You need to send a help request to Support through the in-game help feature found in Settings. Write down your player ID #, you will need it to verify your identity. Fill out the 'ticket' and send this message. Provide date & time if known, screenshots are encouraged. Explain what you could or could not do because of the error message and what you actually wanted to do. Again, screen shots are highly recommended.

You will recieve an initial canned response almost immediately, then another formulaic message a couple days later telling you absolutely nothing in as many words as possible. Resend your ticket, replying 'did you even research this? What is this? This is affecting my game play' You may get a response if anyone thinks it's worth their time to look at it.

If you want to pursue it, be patient. If it has resolved itself, it was a glitch, play on.

Has anyone gotten a response from Support? 

Keep sending in support requests. Keep adding details. Sounds like this might be a Samsung issue.

Same issue here! I filed a ticket for it as well. My ads that crash the game are the ones that auto play in the factory. The ads that play successfully are when I click the blue play bubble on a building.
