Facebook log in stuck

Hi I bought a new phone a few weeks ago. I downloaded the game and wanted to log in via Facebook. It did not work, the login was stuck due to cookies. I contacted EA Support, who gave me some tips. (reinstall facebook and internet browser) It didn't help. I think there is a bug in the game for devices with android 11. I would like to ask if anyone has a problem with this. Samsung S20 FE Android 11. Thanks!
