Error 60002.0.999 and Error 60002.302.999

My phone switches itself off cus I ran out of batteries, when I turned it back on and went back to play the game I got this message, "60002.0.999 player id: 0" and then what I did was I cleared the data on my application settings and then I got this now "60002.302.999 player id: 0" I just want to know what is going on? Thanks. Hope for your immediate response

Is it still possible to run the latest version of sim city build it on iOS 7.1.2? I installed the app but it won't connect to the server (Error Code: 60002.302.999 - PLayer id: 0). I don't want to upgrade my device to a newer iOS because of the jailbreak. I am using iPad 3rd gen.

Dear developer, I have a question about the game. When I go to the game with internet I have a problem with the entering the game. 

Server timed out. Please try again. Error code: 60002.302.999 - player Id: 970585628. Can you help me with my problem ?
