Epic point task bug

I notice that ever since I built a second OMEGA University, ever time I did an epic project, a weird issue happened. The number 4 (epic points) above the OMEGA University sometimes disappeared, so it was like a normal building which grant no epic points. If I completed an epic task on another building, the number 4 above that OMEGA University appeared again, but this time, the epic point number on the build I just completed a task disappeared. Hence, there was always 1 epic building lacking the epic point number above it.

Dear hutieuxao,

While building an epic project, you'll get no more than 7 missions purposed.
If you start an epic project and you have more than 7 buildings which give you missions for the project, then new missions will be rotated between every available building.
Try to numerate how many educational buildings you have on your city: of course they'll be at least 8.
