Electricity does not cross new landscape bridges

Electricity (and perhaps other utilities) sometimes cannot cross new landscape bridges.

It looks like utilities will not cross while the app is not active/asleep. 

In my city, water separates my utilities from other areas.

I come back to the game and my satisfaction level, which is usually at 99%, has dropped to 50% or worse.

And my tax revenue is lower Than it should.

the workaround, until fixed, is to always have a road connecting.
