Disappearing items in SimCity BuildIt

I am working on the Design Challenge Beach City. I went to put out Santa Beach Party and New Year's 2022 and both were missing. How do I get them back? They were not deleted.

Have you checked your Capital City, Green Valley, and Sunny Isles to see if maybe you placed the items at one of those locations?
