Didnt get reward in Contest of Mayors

Last monday I finished 3rd in Megalopolis and should be rewarded with 15 platinum keys and 100,=.  However, there was no popup to claim this.

My player ID is 1788516102.

Is there a way I can still get this reward?

That is why I decided to post it here.

It also didnt work on my ipad, so it doesnt look like its due to my phone.

Is there an alternative email addres I could use to submit a ticket?

It looks like I have put in a ticket.

:o).

And I also got a reply.

Apparently there is a bug found, which will be fixed. After that they promised the reward will pop up.

Today I crossed the benchmark for big prize. Came to 5 th position. But didn't get my reward. It is still showing that I'm on 5 th position on leaderboard. But however there is no way to claim the reward. What's the use putting so much time and effort in the game?
