Can't reinstall after crash from ad [ Edited ]

My game crashed at the end of a video ad and then wouldn't start up again. It would begin to load, the the screen turns white and it quits.

I tried deleting and reinstalling but now the game isn't even downloading!

I'm playing on a Kindle Fire.

Having the same issue and tech support has been absent!

I'm in exactly the same boat, played the Age of Empire Advert, which crashed the whole lot. I click on Simcity icon, then screen goes white and returns to main menu. If it happened to you on Sunday and they know about it, why the heck was the video still operational on Monday evening?

I've tried to access via other devices, but all traces of it seem to have gone...

Has anyone found a solution yet?

I have found no fix.  I just got an email from tech support giving me some solutions and none of which worked.  Also they finally emailed me 4 days later!

The only fix that worked in that case was to return my tablet to factory settings, then I could reinstall the game.

I've been very reluctant to play ads again, but I tried a couple times and the problem has now occurred 3 times overall.  I guess I won't be watching videos anymore.
