Can’t Attack Cities in SimCity BuildIt

I am not able to attack other cities in Club Wars even though I have materials. The boxes, in the attack screen, are not highlighted.

I have the same problem. I have not been able to unlock anything although all my energy is full and I have enough keys. I went through the wars on a local city. Then loaded my City from Facebook. I played it for awhile, then joined a league. Now I can’t do anything during a war accept provide material to other members. I can produce war items but can’t use them because all attacks/weapons are locked.

Interesting dilemma, you should have received 2 cards when you completed the tutorial. I know this is getting old, I suggest you contact EA technical   support through the in game help section. Good luck.

I try contact EA HELP but nothing happend, nobody contact me back a solve the problem.
