Can all types of "house buildings" become EPIC?

I know that the standard house buildings can become epic at some point. But how about the others (Paris, London, Tokyo and OMEGA houses)?

Also, which of those should I choose if I want to have as much population as possible?

Paris,London,Tokyo and Omegas do not qualify for Epics,

To get the highest population,you probably want Omega, Tokyo or Epics

The placing of these buildings is as important as what, they want the best of entertainment, education etc

Even such little things such as parks make a big difference
