Building material not showing

I just unlocked animal feed and cream. The cream is showing but the animal feed I can't find in any commercial building. I do see just a blank space in the Building Materials in the last spot and no lock and it's not faded out, it's just empty. Can anyone tell me how to fix this since I can't bulldoze the building either to try and fix it?

Animal feed is generated by your factories, not your commercial buildings.
