Look at the following video:
Why am allowed to build a bridge on the left and on the right, but not in the middle? what is different about the two fields in the middle that the 'bridge on two ponds' thing doesn't work there?

I watched your video and the 2 ponds do not seem to line up in a straight line. This may be your problem, try adding 1 more pond to see if it would be enough to line up for the bridge.

You can clearly see that I move the ponds from one straight line on the left to another straight line on the right to another straight line in the middle. The ponds are in a straight line for sure.
Look at another video which is the same place but with houses. The right gap is where the issue occurs: https://youtu.be/qGsyqxymnS0

The problem appears to be the road to the right (as I’m viewing it) being slightly shorter. I think it may have something to do with the road it’s connecting to...the road to the left is connected to an upgraded road while the one to the right is not. You may want to try upgrading that section and you may have to rebuild the road for it to work. Good luck.

The roads are exactly the same size, the same kind of road. On both sides. I also rebuilt it, tried with different street stages, removed everything around (this is when I took the first video). I have this pattern a couple of times applied in my Frosty region, ist doesn't work on that one position.
Look at this video that clearly shows that the road is identical on both sides: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KXTM-CRjerk

Support ticket is already on the way. One of my club mates who applied the same street layout confirmed that he couldn't build a bridge there either. For those who wants to try to reproduce this, find attached my street layout and try to build a bridge at the locations marked red. It is the whole 23th column which is affected by that.
