Bad graphics in New Region Green Valley

As you know you can unlock new regions in the new update of Simcity. I wonder what EA has thought when they have published this update because the graphic of the Green Valley, my unlocked region, is so bad. The tracks on the grass and the grass in general don't have any structures and looks outdated. Is the graphic only on my Android Tablet so horrible or do you have the same problems?

The graphics in my green valley don't look too bad. I play on a 2017 iPad mini 4 and a 2015/16 iPhone 6
