Active member booted by system, unable to invite or rejoin

One of my club's active member got kicked out by the system, we had exchanged contact information so we are able to communicate outside the game.  This member is unable to use the search feature to find our club, and we are getting error messages when we sent him invite by clicking on his name in the club chat box.

Is there a place to open a ticket?
