We apologize to our war opponents. We joined a war, but we are not interested in searching the depot and popping bubbles hoping to find all the items required from the regions to get war items. It was hard enough to get enough war items before.  Nothing left in this game but frustration. And too much SimCash to delete yet.

As what @roccodonovan8 said - it doesn't always ask for regional items. Just skip the delivery or refresh the repair plans. All it takes is 5 minutes (even quicker if you just watch a 30 sec ad)
