So now I have to pay $8.99 to win cool prizes in the Contest of Mayors? What’s next? I’ll have to pay $0.99 for each war that I want to participate in? You guys are money hungry and it’s ruining the game. I’m seriously considering leaving the game after three years of playing. Shame on you.

It costs $8.99 only if you choose for it to...you can still play CoM and I assume if you find something you can’t live without you can invest before you complete that level (that is speculation only) - either way I haven’t seen anything yet that would make me open my dusty old wallet.
