Will EA Please bring back the SimCity series

Its been a few years since the last simcity came out that we know didnt live up to the expectations of the fans of the core game. I would like to know if EA still plans to Re-visit this series by making the Game the fans wanted to begina with. i believe if you took all the good mechanics from simcity 2000, simcity 3000, simcity 4 and the latest the game would be great just as long as its not an always online game. I really enjoyed simcity and i dont think it should die just because of one bad title
