Water reflections?

Whether it's new or not but I noticed my buildings being reflected in the water. But other members of my club can't seem to duplicate this. Is it a platform thing? Not sure what to tell them.

Update: I tried again for the reflection in the water with the latest design challenge. But this time the reflection would not happen. So maybe the reflection is map contigent. It still occurs in my capital map
