Left this game for a year because the bubble-and-wait strategy is so common in club wars. Came back a few days ago and to my dismay it's still going on!
You have got to do something about it. Don't know what the culture's like at the EA office, but for most people waiting 35 hours for a clock to run out is not interesting. Either a surrender option or give some percentage of points to unbubbled cities when an entire club is bubbled.
Club wars are a major part of the game and you need to do it right. At the moment you are not doing it right and it's ruining the whole game.
Also, patch notes would be nice so I can see if/when you ever fix it in the future without waiting to load the game only to be disappointed.
