Here is my suggestion I hope you guys comment on it and we can start something here.

 

Can we at least filter the Global Market by supplier?  So Building Supply store, Farmer's market etc

 

We can really unleash this games power by taking the bottleneck off of the market. 

 

Also you can remove the cap price of some items and put in a time frame for the sale. 

This way people won't ask for millions for something stupid. So it if doesn't sell in 8 hours it's gone.

Also.

 

I'd like to see a ranking system in game of all cities so I can travel to them and also the ability of adding any in game city to my friends list with the ability to chat with them.

 

I am very large now and I would like to help smaller cities grow and right now the game is very young and limited but we can fix this!!

Way more things in the air.

 

More than just the hot air balloon!!

 

Airplanes and helicopters!!

 

copters going from building to building and planes!  make us build a huge runway!!

 

 

also a parade of some sort on mayor's birthday!

A big benefit for going 100% green

 

I Am about to get rid of the last factory that produces any dirty radius. This has taking me over a week to get all the money together!

 

It would be really nice if there was a big benefit for this

 

 

 

another idea is schools make your sims smarter so you slowly gain an  advantage from this

 

like it takes less time to make certain things like seeds and steel etc. 

also more population density

 

basically make them more efficient

 

also more schools make your city make more money on a daily basis

The way certain services work (Firefighters, Police, Hospitals) should be changed. Have them serve a certain number of houses, much like the other services (e.g. energy, water, etc.) rather than an area, so I don't have to cram all my residential buildings around them. It's quite silly...

2 Improvement suggestions to the Global Market

 

1. "Search" field on the Global Market

Example: When inside the global market you would simply type "steel" and a list of people sending steel would pop up.

It would make the life much easier to everyone.

 

2. "Demand Indicator" on the Global Market

People would tell somehow what they need. Something like a table: "My needs".

This information would be available to everyone. Something like a table: "Global market needs".

So, people would know what and when to produce in order to cooperate to each other.

if you're listening! suggestions in a list not in a rant: fix existing problems, at least give the Trade HQ a refresh button and players a choice to upgrade to preserve neighborhoods. But in addition: 1 either increase the coins for cash or lower the cash for coin. the exchange rate is ridiculously expensive. knock off a zero 2 we need more buildings to change cash for. 3 sim cash costs 800 for a skate park, really? you got lots of buyers at this price? knock off a zero or I'm saving my sim cash 4 train station (trade mission) 5 amusement park (entertainment) 6 mega mall (entertainment) 7 museums (education) 8 beach and resort (global entertainment) 8 bring back arcologies! (own category that gives significant population boost to a small radius) 9 stock exchange, small and large banks, World Trade Center (own category that give tax revenue boost to reasonable radius) 10 plenty more landmarks. hope this helps!

If the developers gets to read this....

What I would like to see Standard smile
- Reduce the 18hr flight time to get Tokyo items.
- Cargo shipment rewards Tokyo items once airport is unlocked
- Cargo shipment 6hrs > 12hrs
- Airport cargo 18hrs > 6hrs (Cargo ships travels faster than planes which seems wrong atm and you see 5 planes)
- Keys to buy special items, for example 10 keys for 1 Tokyo item
- Maybe another Ship cargo that goes to Japan?

Animation:
- Trains, light rails, Sky rails, helicopters, Space shuttle?
- Beach animation, sims swimming, boat riding, surfing, etc
- Factory trucks delivering to commercial buildings to make the city more realistic.
- Flying birds, whales swimming, Dolphins, etc
- Fire trucks battling fires

Would like to know what to do with many unused golden keys. Other than buying specialised buildings.
