Can you share what game you're talking about? EA do a few sports games so I'm not sure which sports event you're referring too. Once you reply with the game title, I'll move this thread over to the correct board for you.

@EA_Lanna Based on the translation provided I suspect it’s related to SimCity Buildit’s summer of sports. The sports shop is scheduled to close in 32 days and items produced my be sold or retained. I suspect this will be handled very much like the Christmas shop and anticipate it may be available for next summer. Take care.

It's likely the case but I'd like to wait for the OP to be sure that's what they meant by sports event. We have a couple different sports related events happening it could refer to any.
