SimCity Buildit where's my simcash?

I bought a simcash pack then connected my Facebook and my cash disappeared. Help! Anyone how do I get my money back I had plans for that.

I Had the same yesterday, I purchased a cash bundle of 500 or (£6ish) so and about 5mins later connected my facebook to get my friends and it was gone along with like 4 of my buildings and roads :/ Don't really know where to contact them about this as not long before they gave me 50cash for losing a ton of items then too and they'll think it's a scam, ^ but theres an ingame thing you can press to message them.
