Questions about wars after Arenas update [ Edited ]

Just received a new war update and have couple of questions:

1.  is there a way to identify stronger/weaker and what is it with the new interface 
2. what r the war boosters and how can they be used and how to acquire them
3. how can your club progress from one arena to another

What is the “activation limit?” As shown in the new war update?

Go to official EA site for sim city builtIt and the black bar that says club wars. The drop down menu has a list, select boosts. It shows what they are etc.

1 no although you can check war logs during war to find out player's attack

2  your club has to reach 1800 points in club ranking to enter arena 2 and receive boosters and all the info about 

3  your club can progress by climbing on club  ranking, goals for every single arena are on war map
